No Crust Coconut Pie

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl and stir until well blended.
  3. Grease two 9" pie plates.
  4. Divide mixture evenly and pour into pie plates.
  5. Bake at 350F for 30 to 40 minutes until golden brown.
