Mini New Potato Bites

  1. Cook potatoes in large saucepot of boiling water 12 to 15 min.
  2. or until tender.
  3. Meanwhile, place cream cheese product, sour cream and Parmesan in 6-qt.
  4. bowl of mixer fitted with paddle attachment; beat until well blended, stopping occasionally to scrape bottom and side of bowl.
  5. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  6. Drain potatoes; cut in half.
  7. Cut small piece from rounded bottom of each half; place, bottom-sides down, on serving platter.
  8. Top each with 1 tsp.
  9. (5 mL) of the cream cheese mixture.
  10. Sprinkle with bacon bits and chives.
