Mini New Potato Bites
- 75 each new potatoes
- 2-1/2 cups Philadelphia Herb & Garlic Cream Cheese Product
- 2/3 cup sour cream
- 2/3 cup Kraft Shredded Parmesan
- 2/3 cup bacon bits
- 2/3 cup fresh chives, chopped
- Cook potatoes in large saucepot of boiling water 12 to 15 min.
- or until tender.
- Meanwhile, place cream cheese product, sour cream and Parmesan in 6-qt.
- bowl of mixer fitted with paddle attachment; beat until well blended, stopping occasionally to scrape bottom and side of bowl.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Drain potatoes; cut in half.
- Cut small piece from rounded bottom of each half; place, bottom-sides down, on serving platter.
- Top each with 1 tsp.
- (5 mL) of the cream cheese mixture.
- Sprinkle with bacon bits and chives.
