Gluten Free, Nut Free Honey Granola
- 2 cups Rolled Oats
- 1 cup Pumpkin Seeds
- 1/2 cups Ground Flaxseed
- 1/2 cups Honey
- 1 Egg White
- 1 whole Egg
- 1/4 cups Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla Liquid Stevia
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 cups Dried Apricots, Chopped
- 1/2 cups Dried Cherries
- 1/2 cups Raisins
- 1/2 cups Tahini (sesame Seed Spread)
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl combine the first 10 ingredients (oats through salt) mix well then spread it on the baking sheet.
- Bake 15 minutes.
- In another large bowl mix the dried fruits with the tahini.
- Add the toasted mixture into the bowl and mix it with the dried fruit.
- Mix well.
- Spread onto the lined baking sheet.
- Bake 20 minutes, stir mixture and continue to bake another 10 minutes or until toasted and browned.
