No Peek Casserole
- 2 pounds Lean Stew Meat
- 1 package Dry Onion Soup Mix
- 1 can Cream Of Mushroom Soup
- 4 ounces, weight Whole Mushrooms, Drained They Come In A Small Jar. I Sometimes Double This
- 1/2 cups Ginger Ale
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
- Combine ingredients well in a 2 qt.
- casserole dish.
- Cover make sure its covered well so it doesnt dry out!

- Bake for 2-3 hours I lean towards 3.
- Dont peek until its done!
- I usually serve this with mashed potatoes!
- It kind of makes for a super-easy Shepherds Pie if you do it that way.
