No Peek Casserole

• 2 pounds Lean Stew Meat
• 1 package Dry Onion Soup Mix
• 1 can Cream Of Mushroom Soup
• 4 ounces, weight Whole Mushrooms, Drained They Come In A Small Jar. I Sometimes Double This
• 1/2 cups Ginger Ale

1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
2. Combine ingredients well in a 2 qt.
3. casserole dish.
4. Cover make sure its covered well so it doesnt dry out!
5. .
6. Bake for 2-3 hours I lean towards 3.
7. Dont peek until its done!
8. I usually serve this with mashed potatoes!
9. It kind of makes for a super-easy Shepherds Pie if you do it that way.
10. Enjoy!
