Peach Pie Glaze Recipe
- 3 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. water
- 3 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. butter
- 2 c. fresh peaches
- 1 (9 inch) pie shell, baked
- Mix cornstarch and sugar, add in water and simmer till mix is thick and clear.
- Remove from heat and add in lemon juice and butter.
- Stir till butter is melted and let cold.
- Stir sliced peaches into glaze.
- Pour into pie crust and refrigeratetill hard.
- Garnish with Cold Whip.
- Makes one pie.
