Olive-Nut Spread
- 6 ounces, weight Softened Cream Cheeese
- 1/2 cups Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cups Chopped, Toasted Pecans
- 1 cup Chopped Mixed Olives
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Liquid
- 1 dash Ground Pepper
- Mix softened cream cheese and mayonnaise.
- Fold in pecans and olives.
- Thin as needed with olive liquid, and season with pepper.
- Use whatever olives you like best.
- You can use salad olives mixed with black olives, or kalamata.
- If you have an olive bar at your local market, try a mixture.
