Peach Sparkler

• 1 tablespoon peach puree
• Sparkling apple cider, chilled
• Edible flowers, for serving

1. To an old school champagne bowl or glass, add the peach puree.
2. Top with sparkling apple cider and gently stir with a cocktail stirrer to combine.
3. Garnish with edible flowers.
4. Cook's Note: If desired, substitute the sparkling apple cider with your favorite sparkling wine.
