Dipped Spam Swiss Sandwiches

• 1 can spam cut into 12 slices
• 6 slices swiss cheese
• 12 slices bread, white
• 3 large eggs
• 6 tablespoons milk
• 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
• 1 x cream cheese soft-spread, with strawberry

1. Layer SPAM and cheese on 6 bread slices; top with remaining bread slices.
2. In shallow bowl, beat together eggs and milk.
3. Dip both sides of sandwich in egg mixture.
4. In griddle or skillet, grill sandwiches in butter over medium heat until browned and cheese is melted, turning once.
5. Serve with strawberry cream cheese.
