Tandoori Prawns

  1. Mix all the ingredients together (except the prawns and oil) in a large bowl.
  2. You will get a pasty marinade.
  3. Add the prawns (already shelled, deveined, washed) to the marinade.
  4. Mix thoroughly to ensure all the prawns are evenly coated.
  5. Seal with cling wrap and set aside for at least 2 hours in the fridge.
  6. After 2 hours, heat the pan with a little oil.
  7. Pan fry the prawns, about 4 5 minutes on each side.
  8. Serve.
