Peanut Butter Brownies

• 1 cup all-purpose flour (sifted)
• 14 teaspoon baking soda
• 18 teaspoon salt
• 14 cup granulated sugar
• 14 cup brown sugar (packed)
• 14 cup creamy peanut butter
• 1 tablespoon vegetable oil (or 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter)
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 large egg
• 1 large egg white
• cooking spray

1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Spray bottom of 8" square baking pan.
3. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
4. In separate bowl, combine the ingredients sugar-large egg white.
5. Add in flour mixture, stirring until only combined.
6. Pour batter in bottom of prepared pan.
7. Bake at 350F for 25 minutes (or until a tooth pick inserted in center comes out almost clean).
