Seafood Torta

  1. Combine cabbage, cucumber, radishes, jalapeno, vinegar and sugar.
  2. Toss gently.
  3. Set aside 30 minutes.
  4. Drain.Split Bolillo lengthwise.
  5. Spread with mayonnaise.
  6. Arrange cabbage mixture on bottom of Bolillo.
  7. Arrange seafood over.
  8. Top with avocado.
  9. Squeeze lime juice over.
  10. Press Bolillo together and serve.
