Pineapple Pistachio Delight Recipe

• 1 (20 ounce.) can crushed pineapple in juice
• 1 (4 serving size) pkg. sugar free pistachio instant pudding
• 1 3/4 c. thawed Cold Whipped Topping

1. Pour pineapple and juice into bowl.
2. Add in the pudding mix.
3. With a wire whisk, rotary beater or possibly electric mixer at lowest speed, beat till well blended, 1 to 2 min.
4. Mix in whipped topping.
5. Makes 4 c. or possibly 8 servings.
