Blueberry Pizza Recipe
- 1 pkg. Pillsbury Plus White Cake Mix
- 1 1/4 c. quick cooking rolled oats
- 1/2 c. butter, softened
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. nuts, minced
- 1/4 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 (21 ounce.) can blueberry pie filling
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease a 12 inch pizza pan or a 13 x 9 inch cake pan.
- In a large bowl, combine cake mix, one cup rolled oats and 6 Tbsp.
- butter.
- Beat at low speed till crumbly.
- Reserve 1 cup crumbs for topping.
- To remaining crumbs, blend one egg.
- Press in prepared pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees until slightly brown.
- Meanwhile, to reserved crumbs, add in remaining 1/4 c. oats, 2 Tbsp.
- butter, nuts, sugar and cinnamon, beat well till mixed.
- Remove base from oven and spread with pie filling.
- Sprinkle with reserved crumb mix.
- Return to oven and bake 15 to 20 min or until crumbs are light golden brown-brown.
- Cool completely.
- Cut in wedges or squares.
- Optional: Top with Cold Whip and a few blueberries in season.
