Turkey Crustini
- 10 ounces turkey, finely chopped (any cooked scraps you have)
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 3 drops liquid smoke
- 1 teaspoon horseradish
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise (or plain yogurt)
- 1 12 teaspoons parsley, chopped
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- French bread, sliced on the diagonal
- Mix all (except bread) until well blended.
- Spread on top of thinly sliced french bread.
- Broil in your oven or toaster oven for a few minutes.
