Healthy Bean Paste and Tofu Cream
- 100 grams Silken tofu
- 2 tbsp Tsubu-an
- 1 tsp Mizuame, sugar (optional)
- Whisk the tofu until smooth.
- I don't drain the tofu because it is a pain, but if you do, it will be slightly firmer and creamier.
- I didn't drain the tofu for the cream in the top photo.
- Mix the bean paste into the smooth tofu, and it's done.
- This cream is tasty on toast.
