Rolled Omelette with Kamaboko Fish Cakes and Green Onions for Lunchboxes
- 2 Egg
- 1 Green onions
- 4 to 5 cm Kamaboko
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 1 Salt
- 1 dash Vegetable oil
- Mix all ingredients except for vegetable oil.
- (Chop the green onion and kamaboko into small pieces.)
- Heat a pan with vegetable oil, and pour in the mixture from Step 1 into the pan.
- Pour the vegetable oil and roll up the egg mixture.
- Once the omelette has cooked through, let it cool for a while.
- It'll be easier to cool this way.
- This colourful omelette is good for packed lunches.
- "Mai 2" made it into a big omelette.
