Creamy Bow Tie Pasta

  1. In a large saute pan over a low heat, melt butter and cook minced clove of garlic until it turns golden in color.
  2. Add all-purpose flour and cook it (always stirring) until it turns golden in color.
  3. Add the milk and the cream cheese.
  4. Cook and stir until all is combined.
  5. Turn off the heat and pour in the heavy cream as you continue stirring.
  6. Add pepper and taste salt.
  7. Over the cooked pasta, pour the white sauce and the blue cheese.
  8. Serve immediately.
