Creamy Bow Tie Pasta
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 1 clove Garlic, Minced Or Chopped
- 2 Tablespoons All-purpose Flour
- 1 cup Whole Milk
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
- 7 ounces, weight Heavy Cream
- Salt To Taste
- Pepper To Taste
- 6 cups Cooked And Drained Bow Tie Pasta (for Serving)
- 3 Tablespoons Blue Cheese, Crumbled
- In a large saute pan over a low heat, melt butter and cook minced clove of garlic until it turns golden in color.
- Add all-purpose flour and cook it (always stirring) until it turns golden in color.
- Add the milk and the cream cheese.
- Cook and stir until all is combined.
- Turn off the heat and pour in the heavy cream as you continue stirring.
- Add pepper and taste salt.
- Over the cooked pasta, pour the white sauce and the blue cheese.
- Serve immediately.
