Easy Clam Soup

  1. In saucepan, heat oil over medium heat.
  2. Saute onion and garlic until softened.
  3. Add tomatoes, water and clam juice.
  4. Bring to a boil.
  5. Add potatoes and oregano.
  6. Cover and cook 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
  7. Add clams and heat through, about 1 minute.
  8. Season to taste with cayenne.
