Bri's Salisbury Steak with Gravy

  1. Set aside a few chopped onions and Mushrooms for the Gravy.
  2. Mix Raw Ground Beef, Onion, Onion Soup mix, Stove Top Stuffing, and Mushrooms together in a Large bowl.
  3. Patty the Meat as Desired.
  4. Should be about 12 Patties.
  5. Pan fry Patties in a large pan on medium high until done on both sides.
  6. Remove from pan.
  7. Save Pan drippings and Drain access grease.
  8. Add Leftover onions drippings and mushrooms to the pan and saute at medium heat.
  9. Add Heavy Cream, Salt, Pepper, Sugar and Flour to the Pan.
  10. Mix together.
  11. Saute for 3 min.
  12. Add Steak to the Gravy.
  13. Simmer on medium for 5 to 7 min or until gravy thickens.
  14. Serve over rice.
  15. Enjoy!
