Bri's Salisbury Steak with Gravy
- 2 lb Ground Beef
- 1 large Red Onion Chopped
- 1 box Turkey Stove Top Stuffing
- 1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix
- 1 Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 8oz pkg Baby Portobello Mushrooms
- 1 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 Saved Mushrooms
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1 Saved Pan Drippings
- 1 Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 tsp Granulated Sugar
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- Set aside a few chopped onions and Mushrooms for the Gravy.
- Mix Raw Ground Beef, Onion, Onion Soup mix, Stove Top Stuffing, and Mushrooms together in a Large bowl.
- Patty the Meat as Desired.
- Should be about 12 Patties.
- Pan fry Patties in a large pan on medium high until done on both sides.
- Remove from pan.
- Save Pan drippings and Drain access grease.
- Add Leftover onions drippings and mushrooms to the pan and saute at medium heat.
- Add Heavy Cream, Salt, Pepper, Sugar and Flour to the Pan.
- Mix together.
- Saute for 3 min.
- Add Steak to the Gravy.
- Simmer on medium for 5 to 7 min or until gravy thickens.
- Serve over rice.
- Enjoy!
