Summer Melon Dessert

• 4 cups mixed melon balls or cubes from cantaloupe, honeydew, crenshaw or casaba melons
• 2 cups small whole strawberries, well-rinsed and hulled
• 1/2 cup Cassis or Framboise liqueur
• 4 sprigs mint, optional

1. Toss melon and berries with liqueur, and chill.
2. Serve with a mint sprig, if desired.
