Apricot Cream Cheese Salad Recipe
- 1 c. crushed pineapple
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 6 ounce apricot Jello
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1 c. minced nuts
- 1 x (8 ounce.) cream cheese
- 9 ounce Cold Whip
- Bring to boil, crushed pineapple with juice, sugar and water.
- Add in apricot Jello.
- Put in refrigerator to cold.
- Add in to cold Jello, celery and nuts.
- Blend Cold Whip and cream cheese.
- Mix both in Jello mix.
- Put Jello in mold.
- Chill till set.
- Serves 12.
