Cinnamon Sugar Pancakes

  1. Combine all ingredients in bowl.
  2. Beat at medium speed 1 minute or until smooth.
  3. (Batter will be thick).
  4. Heat lightly greased griddle to 350F.
  5. or until drops of water sizzle.
  6. Spoon 1/4 cup batter for each pancake onto griddle.
  7. Spread batter to 4-inch circle.
  8. Cook 2-3 minutes or until bubbles form on surface.
  9. Turn; continue cooking 1-2 minutes or until lightly browned.
  10. Serve warm with additional Cinnamon Sugar Butter Spread and maple syrup.
  11. *Substitute 1 tablespoon vinegar or lemon juice and enough milk to equal 1 cup; let stand 5 minutes.
