Simple Chocolate Frosting

• 13 cup milk or 13 cup half-and-half cream, for thickness
• 13 cup cocoa powder
• 12 cup butter, softened
• 1 lb powdered sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla

1. Mix cocoa and sugar together in bowl.
2. Add vanilla.
3. Alternate adding milk and sugar.
4. Blend all together until creamy.
