Caramel Corn Puffs

  1. Spray a large roasting pan with Pam cooking spray, add puffs.
  2. Use a 2 qt sauce pan to bring butter, sugar and Karo syrup to a boil.
  3. Cook for 2 minute
  4. Remove from heat add soda.
  5. stir til foamy.
  6. Pour over puffs and mix to cover puffs.
  7. Bake at 250F for 1 hour.
  8. Stir puffs every 15 minutes.
  9. Pour mixture over wax paper.
  10. Cool and break apart; store in air tight container.
