Chinese Stir-Fried Pork
- 200 grams Sliced pork (belly, leg)
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 1 Katakuriko
- 5 Asparagus (or any vegetable you like)
- 2 clove Garlic
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 3 tbsp Water
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Oyster sauce
- 1 pinch Black pepper
- Cut the pork into suitable sizes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Coat with katakuriko lightly.
- Cut the asparagus into 4 pieces diagonally, which makes them easier to cook.
- Slice the garlic.
- Mix all ingredients.
- Heat oil in a wok, fry the asparagus quickly, and transfer to a plate.
- Heat oil in the wok again, and cook the garlic, then add the pork.
- When the pork has browned, add the asparagus, and pour sauce.
- Stir fry to combine all the ingredients.
- When the sauce starts thickened, turn the heat off.
- Serve to a plate, sprinkle black pepper and it's done (it's tasty with a lot of pepper).
