Chinese Stir-Fried Pork

  1. Cut the pork into suitable sizes.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Coat with katakuriko lightly.
  4. Cut the asparagus into 4 pieces diagonally, which makes them easier to cook.
  5. Slice the garlic.
  6. Mix all ingredients.
  7. Heat oil in a wok, fry the asparagus quickly, and transfer to a plate.
  8. Heat oil in the wok again, and cook the garlic, then add the pork.
  9. When the pork has browned, add the asparagus, and pour sauce.
  10. Stir fry to combine all the ingredients.
  11. When the sauce starts thickened, turn the heat off.
  12. Serve to a plate, sprinkle black pepper and it's done (it's tasty with a lot of pepper).
