Peach Daiquiri

• 2 ounces light rum
• 1/2 peach, fresh, peeled or canned
• 1 tablespoon lime juice
• 1 teaspoon superfine sugar
• 1 cup crushed ice

1. Combine all ingredients in an electric blender and blend until the contents have the consistency of snow.
2. Serve immediately in a large saucer champagne or similar glass, with short straws.
