Kielbasa Gouhlash
- 1 large onion
- 1 large green pepper
- 1 large red pepper
- 1 spaghetti squash
- 1 lb kielbasa
- 14 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup water
- give the onion a medium dice.
- large dice the two peppers.
- on medium heat lightly saute onion and peppers in the olive oil till start to soften about 10 minute.
- cut squash in half remove seeds cut into chunks,and peel.
- add chunked squash,tomatoes, water,onions, peppers and ground pepper.
- cover and cook for 5 min to 8 minute.
- slice kielbasa 1/2 inch thick.
- check squash if you can start to break up the chucks with the back of your spoon uncover and add kielbasa.
- continue to cook till kielbasa is hot and most of the liquid is cooked off.
- enjoy.
