Honey Cake

• 1 c. brown sugar
• 1 c. honey
• 1/2 c. vegetable oil
• 4 eggs, beaten
• 3 1/4 c. flour
• 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
• 1 tsp. baking soda
• 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp. allspice
• 1/4 tsp. cloves
• 1 c. black coffee
• 1/3 c. plus 1/4 c. raisins

5. Mix together honey, brown sugar, oil and eggs in large bowl.
6. Add flour, baking soda and baking powder, cinnamon, allspice and cloves.
7. Stir in coffee and 1/3 cup raisins.

11. Sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup raisins on top of
