Hot Dog Sauce & Angel Hair Pasta
- 6 ounces, weight Angel Hair Pasta
- 7 ounces, weight Bacon, Diced
- 1/2 pounds Hot Dogs, Sliced Into Small Rounds
- 12 ounces, fluid Tomato Sauce
- 4 ounces, weight Blue Cheese, Crumbled
- Salt And Black Pepper To Taste
- Boil a pot of water, then add a dash of salt and the pasta.
- Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain and rinse.
- Set aside.
- In a small saucepan, over medium heat, fry bacon until brown.
- Turn off the heat and let it cool.
- Once bacon is cooled, drain the fat.
- Set bacon aside.
- In a large saucepan, over medium heat, add the hot dog sausages and the tomato sauce.
- Once the tomato sauce starts to boil, drop in the fried bacon.
- Taste and add salt and pepper as needed.
- Cook for five minutes.
- On serving plates, arrange a portion of the angel hair pasta.
- Pour the hot dog sauce over the top an then sprinkle with the blue cheese.
- Serve warm.
