Easy Stir-Fry Sausages

  1. Put oil in a pan.
  2. Using low heat, stir-fry onions until a bit translucent.
  3. Add sausages.
  4. Stir for about 2 - 3 minutes.
  5. Add sliced mushrooms.
  6. Add salt, dashi, honey, mirin, water.
  7. Increase the heat to medium.
  8. When the water has evaporated a bit, it is done.
