Bubur Pulup Hitam Recipe

  1. WASH and soak the rice for about one hour.
  2. Bring the water to a boil.
  3. Add in palm sugar, cinnamon, salt, pandan leaf and ginger.
  4. Add in the rice and cook for about 30 min or possibly until done.
  5. When cooked, put in a serving bowl.
  6. Sprinkle a little palm sugar and coconut lowfat milk over it.
  7. Serve warm or possibly cool.
