Bubur Pulup Hitam Recipe
- 100 gm Black sticky rice
- 400 ml Water
- 4 Tbsp. Palm sugar, (60 g.)
- 6 x Cm cinnamon Salt to taste
- 40 x Cm pandan leaf
- 8 x Cm ginger, julienned
- 8 Tbsp. Thick coconut lowfat milk, (120 ml.)
- WASH and soak the rice for about one hour.
- Bring the water to a boil.
- Add in palm sugar, cinnamon, salt, pandan leaf and ginger.
- Add in the rice and cook for about 30 min or possibly until done.
- When cooked, put in a serving bowl.
- Sprinkle a little palm sugar and coconut lowfat milk over it.
- Serve warm or possibly cool.
