Biscuits & Sausage Gravy
- 1 lb bob evans original recipe roll of pork sausage
- 14 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- salt & pepper
- 8 prepared biscuits (I use Pillsbury Grrands)
- Crumble & cook sausage in a large skillet until browned.
- Stir in flour until dissolved.
- Gradually stir in milk.
- Cook gravy until thick and bubbly.
- Season with salt & pepper.
- Serve over biscuits.
