Mexican Chicken Casserole Recipe

  1. Brown onion in butter.
  2. Add in cans of green chilis and tomatoes and liquid removed tomatoes.
  3. Simmer 15 min.
  4. Debone cooked chicken and cut into bite-size pcs.
  5. Slice cheese 1/4 inch thick.
  6. Soak Doritos in chicken stock for 5 min.
  7. Spray 9 x 13 inch pan, layer Doritos, chicken, cheese and tomato mix.
  8. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 min or possibly till bubbly.
  9. Don't over bake.
