Flora's Squash, Zucchini, and Potato Hash

  1. Depending on how many people you are feeding use the whole or half of the squash and zucchini.
  2. I used half in my pictures and froze the other half for another day.
  3. The best way to do this is to have equal halves of the tater, squash, and zucchini.
  4. Chop in bite size cubes
  5. Place in a bowl and coat with the cornmeal, salt and pepper
  6. Heat the bacon fat or oil in a large skillet
  7. Place mixture in the skillet and brown evenly over medium high heat.
  8. About 30minutes.
  9. Enjoy!
  10. Variations include onions, bell peppers, what ever you like really!
