Crunchy Herb Fish Recipe
- 1/4 c. shortening
- 1 c. Potato Buds (dry)
- 2 teaspoon dry basil leaves
- 1 egg, beaten or possibly Egg Beaters
- 2 teaspoon instant chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 pound fish fillets
- Heat oven to 425 degrees.
- Heat shortening.
- Mix potatoes, basil, onion, salt and pepper.
- Dip fish into egg; coat with potato mix.
- Place in pan and bake for about 10-15 min.
- Turn fish and bake till fish flakes easily.
- (5 servings).
