Beer Batter Recipe

• 2-3 pound fish or possibly chicken
• 1/2 c. melted butter
• 1/2 c. beer
• 2 lg. Large eggs, separated
• 1 c. flour
• 1/2 c. cornstarch

2. Beat egg yolk, beer and melted butter.
3. Stir in flour and cornstarch.

5. Beat egg whites till they stiffen and add in to mix.
6. Beat a little longer.
7. Add in salt, pepper and seasoned salt to taste.
