Beer Batter Recipe
- 2-3 pound fish or possibly chicken
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1/2 c. beer
- 2 lg. Large eggs, separated
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 c. cornstarch
- 1.
- Beat egg yolk, beer and melted butter.
- Stir in flour and cornstarch.
- 2.
- Beat egg whites till they stiffen and add in to mix.
- Beat a little longer.
- Add in salt, pepper and seasoned salt to taste.
