Refreshing! Crispy Chinese Cabbage Salad
- 1/4 Chinese or napa cabbage
- 1 Beni-shouga pickled ginger (optional)
- 6 tbsp Vinegar
- 5 tbsp Sugar
- 1 sprinkle Salt
- Cut the cabbage It's fine to shred it finely or chop it roughly!
- Soak it in ice water.
- Give it time to soak to mellow out the flavors of the cabbage This will also give it a crunchy texture!
- Strain well.
- Mix the dressing in well.
- Transfer to a serving plate and enjoy!
- Top with pickled ginger for an even more refreshing taste!
