Fruit Tartlets
- 3 tablespoons firm butter
- 2 12 cups Bisquick baking mix
- 12 cup quick-cooking oats
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 12 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 23 cup fruit preserves, any flavor
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Grease 2 cookie sheets.
- Cut butter into baking mix and oats until mixture resembles fine crumbs.
- Stir in sugar, milk and vanilla.
- Turn onto surface dusted with baking mix, roll in baking mix to coat.
- Shape into ball, knead 10 times.
- Roll into 14 inch square on surface dusted with baking mix.
- Trim irregular edges.
- Cut into sixteen 3 1/2 inch squares.
- Place 2 tsp preserves diagonally across eash square.
- Pinch remaining two corners firmly together over center of filling, transfer to cookie cheets.
- Bake 13 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool 10 minutes.
- Drizzle with your favorite Glaze recipe.
