Sourdough Rolls Recipe
- 1 c. sourdough
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 2 c. self-rising flour
- 1/2 c. hot water
- 1 egg
- Combine sourdough, hot water and yeast in a bowl.
- Beat egg and add in to liquid.
- Add in flour and blend; knead till smooth.
- Add in more flour if needed.
- Roll out on floured board.
- Cut with biscuit cutter and place in buttered pan.
- Cover and rise one hour.
- Bake at 375 degrees 20 min or possibly till brown.
