Pasta Nora Recipe

  1. Combine the onions, garlic, pimentos and broccoli in bowl.
  2. Cook the penne till it is al dente (still chewy).
  3. Saute/fry the vegetables in the extra virgin olive oil till garlic is golden brown in colour.
  4. Add in the heavy cream and chicken base.
  5. Bring to a boil and then set to simmer till the sauce thickens.
  6. Combine sauce and pasta; heat on low temperature till sauce sticks to pasta.
  7. Serve with a parsley garnish.
  8. Prep Time-10 min Cook Time-20 min Serves 4
