Citrus Baked Chicken Breasts
- 1 cup Low Sodium Chicken Stock
- 2 whole Chicken Breasts
- 1 whole Valencia Orange, Zest And Juice
- 1 whole Lemon, Zest And Juice
- 1 whole Lime, Zest And Juice
- 2 Tablespoons Pure Honey
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- Fresh Chopped Parsley, For Garnish
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- In an 8 x 8 inch baking dish, add chicken stock and chicken breasts.
- In a mixing bowl, zest orange, lemon, lime and place in a mixing bowl.
- Add all citrus juices and honey, and combine well with a whisk.
- Add black pepper and stir.
- Pour over chicken.,
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 40 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
- Serve with any type cooked rice or side vegetable.
- Enjoy!
