Ice Cream Pie in Crunchy Cereal Crust

  1. Microwave butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 30 sec.
  2. Add marshmallows; toss to coat.
  3. Microwave on HIGH 1 min.
  4. or until marshmallows are completely melted, stirring after 30 sec.
  5. Add 2-1/4 cups of the cereal; mix well.
  6. Press evenly into lightly buttered 9-inch pie plate.
  7. Fill crust with ice cream; cover.
  8. Freeze 2 hours or until firm.
  9. Let stand at room temperature 10 min.
  10. or until pie can be easily cut.
  11. Garnish with remaining 1/2 cup cereal.
  12. Store leftover pie in freezer.
