Ice Cream Pie in Crunchy Cereal Crust
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1-1/3 cups JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows
- 2-3/4 cups fruit-flavored sweetened rice cereal, divided
- 1 qt. (4 cups) vanilla ice cream, softened
- Microwave butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 30 sec.
- Add marshmallows; toss to coat.
- Microwave on HIGH 1 min.
- or until marshmallows are completely melted, stirring after 30 sec.
- Add 2-1/4 cups of the cereal; mix well.
- Press evenly into lightly buttered 9-inch pie plate.
- Fill crust with ice cream; cover.
- Freeze 2 hours or until firm.
- Let stand at room temperature 10 min.
- or until pie can be easily cut.
- Garnish with remaining 1/2 cup cereal.
- Store leftover pie in freezer.
