Taffy Apple Dip Recipe

• 1 c. brown sugar
• 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. light cream cheese (Neufchatel)
• 1 teaspoon vanilla

1. Core and wedge apples; mix ingredients till smooth.
2. Dip apples into dip.
