The Ultimate Chicken Karaage (Japanese Fried Chicken)

  1. Cut the chicken into bite sized pieces.
  2. Add all the flavoring ingredients and mix well (leave to marinate for at least 10 minutes).
  3. Coat with katakuriko (not listed).
  4. Deep fry until a deep golden brown at 170C.
  5. Fried to a nice light and crispy finish!
