Aloha Cheesecake Recipe
- 1 c. Vanilla Wafer Crumbs
- 1/4 c. Margarine, Melted
- 16 ounce Cream Cheese, Softened
- 1/3 c. Sugar
- 2 tsp Lowfat milk
- 2 x Large Large eggs
- 1/2 c. Macadamia Nuts, Toasted
- 8 1/2 ounce Crushed Pineapple, Liquid removed
- 1 x Med Kiwi Peeled, Sliced
- Combine crumbs and margarine; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees F., 10 min.
- Combine cream cheese, sugar and lowfat milk, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer till well blended.
- Add in Large eggs, one at a time, mixing well well after each addition.
- Stir in nuts; pour over crust.
- Bake at 350 degrees F., 45 min.
- Loosen caek from rim of pan; cold before removing rim of pan.
- Chill.
- Before serving, top with fruit.
