Crockpot Beef and Cheddar Stuffed Peppers
- 7 each green bell peppers and/or red
- 10 ounces corn frozen
- 1 pound beef chuck ground, browned, drained
- 8 ounces tomato sauce can
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup cheddar cheese or Swiss cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup onions chopped
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- Wash peppers and drain well.
- Combine all remaining ingredients except ketchup in mixing bowl.
- Stir well.
- Stuff peppers 23 full.
- Pour 3 Tb water in crockpot.
- Arrange stuffed peppers in crock pot.
- Pour ketchup over top of peppers.
- Cover and cook on low 7 to 9 hours or high 3 to 4 hours.
