Bailey's New York Egg Cream

• 3 oz. Bailey's Irish Cream
• 3 oz. milk
• 1-1/2 oz. chocolate
• vanilla syrup
• 1 bottle (6 oz.) seltzer water
• club soda

1. In a soda glass, stir together the Bailey's, milk, and syrup until well blended.
2. Add the seltzer water all at once, which will produce 2-inch foamy head.
3. Serve immediately.
