Breakfast Burrito Mexican Edition

  1. Add a little oil to your med high pan, get it good and greased so eggs do not stick.
  2. Add everything EXCEPT CHEESE AND TORYILLA to the pan, mix thoroughly and cook through about 8-10 minutes.
  3. Lay tortilla on a plate, then layer cheese, followed by egg mixture.
  4. Fold sides in first, then roll.
  5. Carefully add tortilla to your pan and cook on each side about 2 minutes ensuring melted cheese!
  6. ( You can add whatever you like to customize your family's tastes!
  7. Same with cheese, use what you like!
  8. And you can freeze these! )

whole wheat tortilla, eggs, onions, tomatoes, celery, carrots, green bell pepper, pepper
