Chocolate Myoplex Pancakes
- 14 cup egg substitute
- 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk (I use the Almond Breeze brand)
- 2 tablespoons margarine, melted
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar (or your choice of sugar substitute)
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 1 scoop of myoplex protein powder (1/2 a serving or 39 grams)
- Mix dry ingredients first
- Then add all wet ingredients and mix well.
- Heat a fry pan/griddle and grease LIGHTLY.
- Pour small amount of batter (about a 1/4 cup) into pan and spread evenly with a spoon.
- When bubbles appear on surface and begin to break, turn over and cook the other side.
