Refreshing Yogurt Jelly
- 250 ml Milk
- 50 grams Plain yogurt
- 8 grams The sugar that comes with the yogurt
- 5 grams Powdered gelatin
- 50 ml Boiling water
- 1 Fruit sauce of your choice
- Put the ingredients in a bowl, and mix well to dissolve the sugar.
- Combine the ingredients, and mix until the gelatin has dissolved and the liquid is clear.
- Add the gelatin liquid to the bowl carefully, while stirring.
- Mix together well.
- Wet the molds and fill about 70-80% of the way with the well stirred yogurt mixture.
- Refrigerate until set, about half a day to overnight.
- When the jellies are set, dip into lukewarm water or hold them with a moist kitchen towel before unmolding.
- Invert a mold onto a plate, hold on tight to the mold and the plate and shake hard!
- When you hear a 'plop' ....
- ...it's unmolded.
- The pure white color is so pretty.
- Spoon on some sauce of your choice before eating, and enjoy.
